Application Development
Corrugated sheet was produced in the United States in the 1930s. In the early 1980s, Wuhan Iron and Steel and Baosteel first introduced color-coated steel sheet production lines. Since then, my country has begun to apply domestic color-coated corrugated sheets to industrial buildings, such as Mastercard factory buildings, national cotton and grain warehouses, and factory buildings in development zones in various places. With the rapid development of the application technology of color-coated corrugated steel sheets, the scope of application has been continuously expanded and the amount has been continuously increased.
Entering the 21st century, my country's national economy has developed rapidly and steadily, and color-coated corrugated steel sheets have also entered large public buildings in various places from general industrial buildings, such as airport terminals, railway stations, stadiums, concert halls, theaters, and 2008 Olympic venues. Building roofs, floors, and walls use more reasonable plate types with more reasonable force and connection, and the development of aluminum-zinc-coated plates, aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy plates, titanium alloy plates, stainless steel, etc. with more scientific construction methods and stronger corrosion resistance has greatly improved the application technology level of sub-type metal plates.
In terms of plate type structure and standards, second-generation corrugated plate products such as biting structure, snap-fit ​​structure, and fastener hidden connection have emerged; closed-end plate buildings have mature applications; at the same time, the coated plates (substrates) of corrugated plates have added aluminum-coated plates and galvanized aluminum plates, and the coated plates have added new products such as polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) coated plates and high weather-resistant polyester coated plates (HDP); relevant international "Continuous Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Plates and Strips", "Color Coated Steel Plates and Strips", "Steel Structure Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Code" and other related international standards have been revised one after another.
