Film material

The types of films used in the industry are as follows:
①LG high-gloss film
The surface effect is crystal clear, colorful, and does not change color for a long time. Soft feel, colorful surface patterns, environmental protection, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, easy to clean, light weight, and good fire resistance. The best film products are expensive and have a lifespan of 20-30 years
②Other imported films
Domestic pearlescent film-coated aluminum gussets, imported pearlescent film-coated aluminum gussets, LG pearlescent film-coated aluminum gussets (the service life and performance of film-coated aluminum gussets are gradually enhanced in turn)
③Domestic films
The film thickness is generally between 0.1-0.3 mm. The substrate thickness of general well-known brands is between 0.1-0.2 mm.
The thicker the board, the more upright the visual effect, but the thicker the better. 0.6 mm or more is enough. The thickness of the film-coated board of general well-known brands is about 0.7 mm. The easiest way to judge the thickness is to pick it up and shake it to see if the board is tough. Some merchants say their boards are thick, but they shake when shaken; some boards are thick, but a large proportion of them are the thickness of the film. The thickness of the film can be observed from the cut of the gusset plate. But the accurate thickness must be measured with a caliper, and the error is large when visually inspected or felt.
