What is cement tile

Concrete tiles are a general term for roof tiles and accessory tiles made of concrete. Concrete roof tiles are made of concrete and are laid on the roof slope to complete the function of tile roofs. It is made of cement, sand or inorganic hard fine aggregate as the main raw materials, and is made through batching, mixing, molding and curing. According to the national standard GB8001-87, its standard size is 400mm×240mm; 385mm×235mm. Colored concrete tiles, commonly known as cement colored tiles, have a history of more than 100 years in Europe and the United States, and were introduced into China in the late 1980s. Concrete tiles have the advantages of good durability and low cost, but they are heavy and are mainly used for sloped roofs of civil buildings and rural buildings.

Grade Products with qualified size deviation and appearance quality are divided into three grades according to physical and mechanical properties: superior products (A), first-class products (B), and qualified products (C).
Marking Concrete tiles are marked according to classification, specification, and standard number.

The main raw material cement should meet the requirements of GB/T 175, GB/T 1344, GB/T 2015, and GB 12958, and the cement grade should not be less than 425.
